IRRV, the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation are based in Holborn, London WC1.
Initially in April, and again in June 2011 IRRV successfully selected TIO to carry out some elements of design and office refurbishment for their new offices in Central London.
The services included the installation of a 60dB rated seven metre folding partition wall, which was proposed to suit the flexible training area brief, in doing so providing either a single large open plan room seating up to 50 delegates, or two smaller training rooms.
Glazed offices and general stud wall partitions were also installed as part of this project. The combination of glass and taped and jointed stud walls were used to create executive offices and divide office space from the training area. A modern tea point with the usual facilities including a 2.5l zip tap was supplied to offer meet the needs of staff and guest alike.
TIO installed additional electrical and lighting services, as well as the design and installation and state of the art audio visual projection for the two training rooms for up to 50 people.
This challenging project required the experience of TIO and its technical led London office refurbishment services.
