We used TIO for the first time last week to investigate faults that we were experiencing on a number of network points around our Head Office in the centre of London. TIO responded to our request very quickly, discussed the problem and arranged for a visit the following day. They arrived on time as agreed, quickly established what the problem was and carried out the necessary repairs. They tested the system and left it working perfectly within a couple of hours. The work was completed efficiently with a minimum of fuss.. I would have no hesitation in using TIO in the future or recommending them to others.

The dust has now settled since we relocated our offices in London in August of this year, to the one office in Holborn, which is proving to be a great success for the company. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you, Travers Beaton and indeed all of your staff for their very professional attitude during the complete refurbishment of our new site. This project was at times fraught with a very tight timeline and the fact that we were able to squeeze a ten week project into less than eight weeks actual time on site is quite remarkable. I have to be candid and say that not all contractors stepped up to plate during this project, however I have to express my gratitude towards your company TechItOut, who were excellent throughout and without doubt had your guys not completed their tasks as requested and on time, this relocation would have been delayed considerably, and in turn this would have cost Twofour even more money in addition to logistical nightmares. Our dealings with you and Travers were always very straight forward and even when issues arose which were at the times difficult, you were always pragmatic, calm and very helpful, with solutions which were quickly put into practice by your guys on site. The engineers and fitters on site were always polite, safe, well turned out and nothing was too much trouble, even when we made alterations, sometimes at very short notice. In essence the professional and flexible manner in which TIO carried out their business will ensure that any further expansion plans at Twofour will include your company as a preferred contractor.

Since our re-cabling job involved both telephone and data systems being moved to a new location within the building, it was important that the installation took place smoothly and with the minimum of disruption. Tio achieved this in a number of ways. Firstly, there was a proper survey of the building to establish cable routes and outlets. Secondly they ensured that the work was carried out to fit in with our work patterns, which in some cases involved their team working unsocial hours. Thirdly, they undertook the work in a friendly and helpful manner. Fourthly, and perhaps most importantly, they co-ordinated the necessary input from our telephone and IT support contractors to achieve a successful switchover. Overall, the work seemed to be carried out to the best standards and in a professional manner.

We must say from the very first meeting that all our requests were met with no question. The day of the IT and telephone equipment move came and we all had decided that an after hours shift of all the equipment would be best for the customer. We arrived on site and all parties were on time I must say the new network had been delivered in a very provisional way and was fully certificated.
