Over the last 4 years TIO have been contracted to consult, design, supply and install technical services to the Taj Hotel and the prestigious 51Buckingham Gate Apartments.
The hotel and apartments are owned by the Taj Group of Hotels and Resorts, the investment over the last 4 years and going forward, is to make this its flagship UK hotel and executive apartments.
The main objective was to ensure the works carried out would future proof the investment made, allowing new technologies to be adopted over the next 10-15 years.
Further to consultation with the hotel management, interior designer, IT department and TV services provider a specification was drawn up for each hotel room and apartment. To date this has been implemented with great success and will become the Taj standard in similar future projects.
